Cindy & Natahe’s Finest Playa Mujeres Wedding
Love has no boundaries.
Cindy & Nathae, our latest Finest Playa Mujeres wedding couple, showed us that the distance from South Korea to Ethiopia can be as big or small as you want it to be.
And, when love is the vehicle, you can get there in a flash.
Where’s “there”, you ask?
Anywhere you want, we say.
Love has no boundaries.
It Started In Canada
“Natahe grew up in Satano Dima, a small village in East Ethiopia. Then he moved to Canada in 2001 with his brother, Tashoma.
On the other hand, I was born and raised in the capital city of South Korea, Seoul. And I came to Canada in 2002 with my family.”
“We met each other at work. Both of us are nurses and we were working on the same unit, Unit 62!”
“One day, Natahe sat me down on the sofa and started to talk about our future. Then he kneeled down in front of me, and put the ring on my finger.
By the way, it was NOT in the usual form of question, ‘would you marry me?'”
Beautiful & Lovely
“I mainly chose a destination wedding because I was worried about cultural crash. I loved the entire day of our wedding. The weather was lovely and the scenery was so beautiful.”
A Finest Playa Mujeres Wedding
“We believe all the most important people attended our wedding, except Natahe‘s mother who could not make it.
We really appreciate all of our family members who came all the way to Mexico to celebrate it with us.
We would like to thank: Cindy‘s father & mother, Tashoma, Israel & Mergitu, Sam & Elias, Billy, Hawi, Koolani, Jara & Raga! And also, Akililu & Beniam who came all the way from Ethiopia!”

“I liked the images because they all looked natural. Also, you guys did an amazing job at catching all the beautiful scenery around the beach!”
Amazing & Unforgettable
“I was concerned about the communication with the wedding vendors and coordinator.
Because of the fact that I didn’t know the resort and had never been to Mexico, having a wedding at a place that I had not been before made me very anxious.
My advice to other couples planning a Finest Playa Mujeres wedding is: Plan ahead and do not rush things at the end!”
“We chose ‘You’ll be in my heart’ by Phil Collins as our song, and I selected the rest of the music. Yanin Arteaga was the planner for our Finest Playa Mujeres wedding.
I got my dress and shoes at Calgary and Natahe’s suit was from Tom Ford.”
Cindy & Natahe, we were really honored to be part of your love celebration and we wish you the best of luck and a life full of joy.
